¡Feliz añooooooo!
Updated: Jul 29, 2021
It's official, the holidays are over!
It's time to take down the Christmas tree and put away the decorations, I'm saying this with a bit of nostalgia, but as the great Héctor Lavoe used to say, "Everything has an end..." ( Todo tiene su final) and I'll add that with every end there is a new beginning and you have to make the most of it. 😝
Normally this is the time when we fill ourselves with good resolutions and there is nothing better than something new to set new goals.
I don't know about you, but what happens to me almost every year is that I start with a huge list of things I want to do and change and I always end up doing much less than what I had proposed.
Last year something changed, I put less pressure on myself and decided to take one resolution at a time, and when it had become a habit, move on to the next one,
I have to tell you that it was the best decision I could have made, maybe also because of force majeure (all the time in confinement due to the pandemic, by the way here we are still in the same situation) but I managed little by little to do more and more things, I lost weight, I got used to exercise every day again, I learned to handle new programs, I read and composed and everything went by easily because I was adding small things little by little.
This year I plan to do the same, when something works it's better not to change it ;)
I want to learn new things and keep composing, as well as maintaining the habits I've already created, but again, without pressure.
What do you think, have you managed to keep your resolutions in previous years? And this year, what are your plans?
I'd love to know!
I look forward to hearing from you!
A big kiss to all you lunatics and again
Happy New Year!
without so much stress. 💋💋💋
